SUMMARY: Manage day-to-day operations of the Restaurant Bars at Michelob Ultra Lounge and Old #7. Essential duties include stocking and inventory of all beverages, cups, mixers and supplies. Give support to the staff and ensure excellent customer service at all times. Must observe all ABLE Commission guidelines.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Including but not limited to the following; additional duties assigned as necessary.


  • Learn and utilize the current Point of Sales system
  • Responsible for bar set-up at the beginning of each shift. Responsible for closing the bar and restocking used items. Responsible for cleanliness of the bar and reporting all maintenance needs to the manager.
  • Thorough knowledge of product recipes and proper service procedures. Responsible for all products stocked and requisitioned to the bar.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all outlets on a daily basis including the proper functionality of all front of house needs.
  • Maintaining updating cocktail and liquor menus in conjunction with F&B Management.
  • Maintains inventory control, price setting, and receiving of all liquor and related supplies in conjunction with F&B Management.
  • Maintaining the bar equipment par.
  • Seeking out latest trends and products in industry and sharing with F&B Management.
  • Resolves routine problems encountered in performance of work assignments
  • Ensure that all steps of service, policies and procedures outlined in the SAVOR Employee Manual followed on a daily basis.
  • Follow proper cash handling protocol if needed
  • Communicate with all guests with a clear and kind tone, make every effort to resolve, and conflict to ensure the guests highest satisfaction.
  • Collection of money generated as revenue and the proper deposit / checkout procedures made at the end of each shift. Proper recordkeeping on guest checks at the point of sale. Thorough knowledge of POSsystem and codes.

Supervisory Qualifications


  • Assist the Premium Services Manager in training and supervising bartenders.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the bar staff
  • Organize staff training sessions with vendors in conjunction with Premium Services Manager.
  • Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary
  • Work with Premium Services Manager to ensure staffing levels for all outlets are accurate based Event and business needs.
  • Organize and make sure staff is present for pre-shift and department meetings.
  • Communicate with the staff on pertinent information such as menu changes, equipment issues, reservations and guest’s special needs.
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment by alerting the Restaurant Manager of items that are in need of repair.
  • Attend mandatory meetings as needed
  • Support the entire Food & Beverage Department when and as needed
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the bar staff

Education and/or Experience


  • Minimum of two years of full service restaurant / bar experience, supervisory role preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of alcohol inventory experience
  • Advanced skills in Restaurant Point of Sales experience


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • Must have or be able to obtain a ABLE Liquor License
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and possess the ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.


Physical requirements

This position requires minimal stooping, lifting and substantial walking. All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.



Working Environment

Must be able to work in a high volume fast paced environment
