SUMMARY – ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part-time Liquor Room Supervisor for ASM/OKC. Under the general supervision of the Concessions Manager, Asst. Concessions Managers. The Liquor Room Supervisors main job focus is to oversee event operations of the liquor warehouse.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Supervises Liquor Room Attendants on event and nonevent days
  • Ensure that beer stands, and bars are properly stocked for all events
  • Maintains all Liquor Warehouse equipment and cleaning maintenance logs. As per the standard operating procedures for each location
  • Complies with Health Department rules and regulations
  • Must comply with ABLE Commission, Sersafe Alcohol, ASM Alcohol training and all laws, rules, and regulations
  • Dispatch food and supplies, as needed during events
  • Inventory Control, to include counting and requisitioning and liquor, beer, and supplies, as needed during the event
  • Completes the nightly variance report after every event
  • Completes nightly and monthly inventory processes as directed
  • Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service is a must
  • Ability to operate ByPass POS terminal
  • Ability to operate excel, outlook, email, OneDrive and Microsoft office.
  • Knowledge on how to tap and untap a keg and how to change out the IDS bibs
  • All other duties as assigned

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has supervisory duties limited to a staff of approximately 3-4 liquor room attendants.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Communications skills are necessary to interact with customers and co-workers.
  • The ability to understand and follow directions is a requirement.

  • Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • This position requires stooping, lifting, and substantial walking and manual dexterity to operate concession equipment. This position requires standing/walking for extended periods of time. Position requires the ability to lift 140+lbs multiple times during shifts.

  • Maintain a valid license/training including, but not limited to:

    • Serv Safe Alcohol Certification
    • PCI Compliance
    • CLICK
    • SAVOR Alcohol Training
    • Etc.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS                                        

  • Some experience with basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and internet browser functionality.

 

HOURS OF WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess the stamina required to work long shifts with extended hours. Non-Event Day shifts required.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Shifts vary – Required to work any shift needed (as scheduled or determined by management)
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
