Overnight camping is NOT permitted at Paycom Center.

Guests will not be permitted on property prior to 7 AM on the morning of their ticketed show date.

Numbered wristband distribution for GA ticket-holders will begin at 9 AM each day at the Southwest Entrance.

ALL GA ticket-holders MUST enter through the Southwest Entrance.

• GA ticket-holders will receive sequentially numbered wristbands based on order of arrival.
• Mobile tickets must be presented to receive a venue wristband, which will be affixed to the ticket-holder at this time. Fans will be unable to take additional wristbands for other ticket-holders. Fans must be present with their ticket to receive a wristband.
• Once fans have received their wristband, they must leave the premises with all belongings. Wristbands should not be taken off, damaged, or misplaced; they will not be replaced and guests will have to get back in line for a new wristband if this occurs.
• All fans will go through a security checkpoint and have their tickets scanned before entering the arena.

At 6 PM, guests with venue-numbered wristbands can begin lining up at the Southwest Entrance in numerical order, beginning with number 1. Those with numbered wristbands need to be in line by 6:30 PM.

Fans who did not receive a wristband earlier in the day will line up on a
first-come, first-served basis after those with numbered wristbands.

Fans with reserved seated tickets do not need to arrive early for a wristband and can enter at any entrance when doors open at 7 PM.
