SUMMARY - This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repairs of facility and client audio, video, and technical systems including lighting, sound, video, telephone systems, computer/data systems (internet) and radio and television broadcasts. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following.  Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Setup, monitor and maintain all technical/staging equipment in the facility in regards to but not limited to audio, video, presentation/show lighting, scoreboard operations, staging equipment, telecommunications (phone service, special circuits and network.)
  • Provide installation, and repairs on services such as phone, network, cable feeds, audio and video being either event related or structural.
  • Coordinates telephone systems provider’s services outside the facility with in-house requirements.
  • Maintains applicable code requirements that apply to cable insulation, ceiling plenum routing and support, wall penetration and fire routing when conduit raceways are necessary.
  • Solves routine and extraordinary field technical problems
  • Correctly uses and applies test equipment to verify problems to the facility systems
  • Works from blueprints and develops sketches or schematics when necessary
  • Reads, understands and communicates client floor plan layouts.
  • Supervises and assists outside contractors, stagehands, riggers, and production crews
  • Maintains inventory of all audio, video, and telecommunications equipment.
  • Provides internet connections with the direction and assistance of the IT department
  • Coordinates work with all operations sections; interfaces effectively with all users, providers and peers.
  • Working knowledge of RF cable signals and plants
  • Knowledge of installation of patch bays, switchers, mixers and converters in both audio and video applications.
  • Maintain/Services wide variety of Audio, Video, Lighting, Networking Systems including Vitec ITPV, IPC Centrix Phone, Crestron, Musco, ETC, Eaton Adflow, and VenueNext throughout the building.
  • Maintains/ services servers, encoders, broadcast patching, digital signage, and multiple software.
  • Able to install/ design/ service various projects as needed throughout the building.
  • Responsible for IT tasks such as wiring, routing, installing, networking, at the hardware and/ or physical network throughout.
  • Operating systems during events when needed or coverage is not available.
  • Maintain/ service all building lighting systems and equipment.
  • Responsible for all related equipment maintenance, repair, and inventory.
  • Coordinates with and assists outside contractors, stage hands, riggers, and production crews in the absence of the supervisor.
  • Performs event standby and troubleshoots technical problems in real time situations
  • Ability to identify and terminate all forms of audio and video connections whether consumer, professional or broadcast level.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of signal flow for both audio and video applications.
  • Working knowledge of wireless systems and frequencies
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital vs. analog signals in both audio and video
  • Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts and company vehicles.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has minimal supervisory responsibilities.  In the event supervisory responsibilities are temporarily assigned, they must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM’s policies and applicable laws.

Under the general supervision of the Concessions Manager, Asst. Concessions Managers. The Liquor Room Supervisors main job focus is to oversee event operations of the liquor warehouse.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervises Liquor Room Attendants on event and nonevent days
  • Ensure that beer stands, and bars are properly stocked for all events
  • Maintains all Liquor Warehouse equipment and cleaning maintenance logs. As per the standard operating procedures for each location
  • Complies with Health Department rules and regulations
  • Must comply with ABLE Commission, Sersafe Alcohol, ASM Alcohol training and all laws, rules, and regulations

Summary—The Paycom Center and Prairie Surf Studios is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual for the position of Senior Guest Relations and Event Security Manager with a strong emphasis on event security.  The position will hire, train, and manage guest relations and event security staff to provide world class customer service to our guests, tenants, and clients.  The position will oversee a department of 400 - 500 Guest Relations and Event Security personnel and provide staffing for the Oklahoma City Thunder and Oklahoma City Blue games, as well as other events scheduled at Paycom Center. SUPERVISORY AND ADMINSTRAVTIVE RESPONSIBILITES

  • Create and maintain departmental manuals, training guides, and employee recognition programs.   

 

EVENT RESPONSIBILITES

  • Meet with show promoters to discuss guest services and event security needs. 
  • Conduct pre-event briefings including event details and special requirements for GRES supervisors.
  • Coordinate with Guest Relations & Event Security supervisors for sign in and release of team members.
  • Responsible for overall crowd management for events.
  • Assist with last minute and/or emergency patron needs.
  • Ensure guests feel welcome by greeting and seating guests in the arena in a friendly, professional manner to assure a positive impression.
  • Enforce all building policies and procedures during an event to assure safety and security for all.
  • Manage entry lines including ticket-taking, walk-through metal detectors, and bag searches. 
  • Manage functionality of walk-through metal detectors, hand wands, and ticket scanners.   
  • Respond to and investigate incidents/inquire with witnesses on scene.
  • Serve as a point of contact for patron complaints and Guest Relations Supervisors & Event Security and Representatives concerns/issues and respond in a prompt, kind, and courteous manner. 
  • Assist with last minute pre-event needs, such as setting up, decorating, finding materials, marking chairs, etc.

  • Oversee all aspects of Technology, which may include but is not limited to technical services, IT, network administration, technical support, software and hardware allocation, contract administration, and contractor selection.

  • Review contracts, speak with tenants, and work with subcontractors to determine special requirements.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace technology as needed in an efficient and effective budgetarily form.
  • In the absence of the Senior Director of Facility Operations and Capital Projects, acts as a main contact and decision maker for the Operations Department as needed with the Assistant Director of Operations.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and maintain relationships before, during, and post events with contractors, other departments, and all tenants including the City of Oklahoma City.
  • Plan, budget, and schedule facility cleaning and event setups including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and conversions.
  • Oversee all contractor agreements pertaining to Technical Services and IT.
  • Oversee any labor companies needed for Technical Services and IT.
  • Represent the Operations Department in committees and functions as needed.
  • Ensures that purchases are made in conformity with company policies. Determines if procedures are effective in complying with company policies and procedures. Works closely with the Senior Director of Facility Operations and Capital Projects to receive direction, establish goals, identify compliance issues, and implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and improve innovation.
  • Procures materials at the lowest cost, consistent with the quality and services required, and maintains a consistent supply of necessary goods and services.
  • Assist in the design and documentation of specific Purchasing practices and procedures to ensure internal controls are adequate to prevent economic loss.
  • Responsible for strategic planning to continually identify process improvements to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the Technology Department.
  • Directs and supervises preparation of Bids, Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ’s) for Technology.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring that staff effectively performs the following functions: ascertaining departmental needs, preparing bid/proposal documents, advertising and soliciting bids/proposals, and evaluating bid/proposal packages for statutory and business requirements.
  • Works closely with the Senior Director of Facility Operations and Capital Projects to develop and review RFP’s and RFQ’s, Contracts, and Contract renewals as applicable.
  • Consults with vendors concerning specifications for supplies and services.  Supervises the development and preparation of answers to questions from vendors concerning proposals, bids, and procurement guidelines of the company.
  • Prepares and Reviews tabulations of bids and the evaluation of the proposals and performs cost benefit analysis.  Ensures that such information is complete and accurate and presented to the Upper Management Team for approval.
  • Responsible for ensuring that appropriate approvals are obtained on all purchases.
  • Responsible for timely issuance, maintenance, accuracy, and design of various procurement reports.
  • Documents resolution of outstanding purchase orders by working with Accounts Payable Department and the various operational departments.
  • Performs financial analysis related to Purchasing issues, and other work-related job duties, including special projects, as assigned.
  • Rotate with other facility personnel to function as Manager on Duty (MOD), who maintains total responsibility and authority over all clients, staff personnel, patrons, security, and safety in assigned buildings.  Responsibilities include but not limited to making sure contractual agreements are met and clients’ event requirements and changes have been made in a timely fashion. On-duty staff/subcontractors ultimately report to the MOD through any Managers or Supervisors who are present during the event.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises one or more within the IT Department and Technical Services Department. SUMMARY – ASM has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part-time Bartender for ASM/OKC. Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Premium Services and Restaurant Managers; this position will perform various task such as prepare and serve drinks & bar top customer service.  

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To report for service punctually, in full uniform according to appearance and grooming standards.
  • To always promote and maintain a positive working relationship with all colleagues of ASM/ SAVOR…
  • To follow all departmental policies, procedures and set service standards as outlined in the ASM Handbook.
  • To consistently offer professional, friendly, and warm hospitality to all guests.
  • To foster and practice teamwork and cooperation with all other positions existing in the restaurant.
  • To attend all required training sessions and pre-shift meetings. Keeping up with any changes to menus, restaurant and departmental policies and procedures, service standards as well as business trends and requirements.
  • To have full and complete knowledge of the food and beverage menus including ingredients, preparation methods and garnishes for all dishes/drinks.
  • To be able to guide the guest through the menu and make any suggestions or recommendations in the guests ‘interest. To be able to answer any guest question about food items, beverages, and wines in an informative and helpful way.
  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
  • Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks in accordance with company recipes
  • To be aware of all cashiering procedures and the handling of all payment methods.
  • To communicate all service requirements to the respective team members in an efficient and effective way.
  • To ensure that all work areas and stations are always kept clean and tidy.
  • To perform all opening, side and closing duties as well as all daily and weekly duties to the set standards as outlined in a Job Task Checklist.
