JOB SUMMARY

To supervise fulltime, part-time, and 3rd party workers who are assigned various and numerous duties throughout the Paycom Center and Prairie Surf Studios, along with the setting up and breaking down of equipment for events. This person acts as a working lead or foreman type and ensures that their crew is competent in their job assignments.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Supervise and assist with all aspects of operations including setups and conversions (i.e. stages, risers, hockey dasher system, basketball floor, chairs and tables, dressing rooms, lobby areas, etc.)
  • Supervise operations staff, including training employees; planning, assigning, and managing work; addressing employee complaints and resolving problems.
  • Surveys equipment before and after events for damage or disrepair
  • Assists with maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Implements policies and procedures for changeover staff
  • Distributes changeover supplies and equipment to changeover staff
  • Fully understands the layout of the Paycom Center to maximize usage (i.e. storage, etc.)
  • Overseas and inspects the crew's work to ensure compliance with our standards, and to ensure that the work being done is thorough and quality driven.
  • Works with their crew on all event setups and tear downs as directed by event work orders and coordinators.
  • Routinely inspects all areas of the Facility to see if any repairs or attention is needed to areas not in 100% condition.
  • Handles routine paperwork and complaints. Ensures compliance with all healthy and safety policies and practices.
  • Act as a liaison with tenants, facility users, and other internal departments as needed.
  • Assists as needed in all areas of Operations
  • Performs other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years previous supervisory experience managing a crew of workers.
  • Must possess demonstrated knowledge of basic tools, equipment, and methods to erect and dismantle various items including chairs, risers, and stages
  • Must possess knowledge of supervisory principles with an emphasis in working with and training staff
  • Must possess the ability to speak, read, and communicate effectively
  • Must possess the ability to work hours as dictated by events
  • Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, work as part of a team, and have reliable transportation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains detailed accounting records; performs event settlements and event income (flash) reports.
  • Preparation of Food & Beverage financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Reconciles general ledger account activity, balances A/R and A/P control accounts to detail aging.
  • Maintains cash balance records, reconciles cash receipts and disbursements to the general ledger.
  • Performs monthly closing of the general ledgers and completes the monthly accounting cycle.

Summary

This position requires advanced knowledge in all cooking techniques with experience in catering cooking and concession cooking. Basic experience in Garde Manager is also required. Will be expected to work alongside and direct culinary staff of two or more in a full-service kitchen and concession stands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the production of menu items, maintaining adequate par levels and making sure kitchen staff has the food product and supplies need for each event.
  • Ordering, receiving, and preparing food items Maintaining food costs and budget goals
  • Works directly with the Sous Chef to have all components of the meal ready at the appropriate times.
  • Must be creative and consistent in food presentations.
  • Responsible for supervising cooks in all aspects of kitchen production and kitchen sanitation.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen during their entire shift.
  • Responsible for communication between the A.M. and P.M. shifts especially when dealing with items that require long cooking times and planning for upcoming events. This will be done with the support of the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef.
  • Responsible for making sure that all recipe questions be directed to the Sous Chef, and or the Executive Chef.
  • Follow and make sure all staff members on their shift follow all Oklahoma State Department of Health laws and that all H.A.C.C.P. regulations for cooling and storage are being followed throughout the entire kitchen.
  • Records production and waste on a regular and consistent basis
  • Must have knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards and inventory and control systems.

Under supervision of the IT Manager, this position is responsible for providing support of all system functions at Paycom Center on a day-to-day basis and the identification, training and support for all systems and application needs of the ASM staff, facility tenants, and clients. The focus of this position is on Paycom Center, however if capacity allows, will also provide support to Prairie Surf Studios.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and maintain technology, processes, and strategies of existing public and private systems
  • Analyze company needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions
  • Manage, Administer, and Govern Office 365 tenants
  • Perform Tier 1 -- Tier 3 Support for employee requests
  • Development of scheduled update/maintenance procedures
  • Build internal knowledge library including Technical Documentation, manuals, and IT Policies and Procedures
  • Perform Daily Monitoring of hardware, software, scheduled jobs and backups
  • Manage and maintain SAN, Virtual Servers, File Share, Security Policies (including cybersecurity), Public Access, Private Access.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Director of Premium Services, the Restaurant Host will set up seating rotation for all reservations. Greets and seats guests upon arrival. Works closely with the front of the house staff to ensure needs are being met.

  • They may answer immediate questions the patrons have and direct guests to the counter to place their order.

  • The Host directs and instructs the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and quality service from the moment they arrive.

SUMMARY -- ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part Time Concessions Bartender. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage, Asst. Concessions Director, Concessions Manager, and Asst. Concessions Managers, this position will perform various task such as prepare and serve drinks to customers in bars and restaurants at Paycom Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Check identification of customers in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
  • Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, in order to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
  • Order or requisition liquors and supplies, as needed during events.
  • Accountable for all physical inventory.
  • Ability to operate ByPass POS terminal
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned area and bar equipment.
  • Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Minimal proficiency computer skills including the ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, fax machines, phone, POS Registers, etc.

HOURS OF WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

  • This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
  • This is a part time position subject to seasonal hour changes, and has no guaranteed number of hours.
