SUMMARY – Under the direct supervision of the Catering Sales Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring that his/her assigned events and activities are organized and executed providing a high-quality catering service for banquets, receptions, and events to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning, assigning, and directing work for catering employees.
  • Maintaining labor costs by adhering to schedules put before them.
  • Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service is a must

  • Assist with collecting all banquet equipment to include flatware, China, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises multiple team members in the Food & Beverage Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with SMG’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; assisting in the performance appraisal process; rewarding; addressing complaints and resolving problems in conjunction with department leadership and Human Resources.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position helps with Nonprofit group check in and concession stand checks at the Paycom Center.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Makes sure all Concession equipment and cleaning maintenance logs and other event related paperwork are being completed.
  • Will follow check in procedures for Nonprofit groups, and bar and beer tender staff. 
  • Will follow procedures for checking stands during events.
  • Will make sure paperwork is filled during each event.
  • Makes sure concession stands have all items needed to perform duties.
  • Complies with Health Department rules and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service.
  • Assures all ASM policies are accurately executed during events.

SUMMARY -- ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is looking for an energetic and friendly individual to fill a part-time Guest Relations Representative role. Under the supervision of the Guest Relations and Event Security Managers, the primary focus of this representative is to provide World-Class customer service to all guests at Paycom Center and Prairie Surf Studios. This is a part-time position that is usually scheduled to work after normal business hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Ticket Office Leadership team, this position is required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed for a busy and dynamic working environment. Ticket Sellers are responsible for providing World Class Customer Service and ticket sales to the guests at Paycom Center. This position must accurately dispense tickets, collect payment and make change accurately. This is a part-time/temporary position usually scheduled to work various hours, including outside regular business hours. **Requires the applicant to pass a credit check and criminal background.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Arrives for each scheduled shift on time, in uniform, and ready to work. 
  • Opens and or closes ticket window, as required
  • Professionally, efficiently, and courteously answers patron's questions concerning prices, availability, events, and related Ticket Office Questions 
  • Handles payment transactions in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
  • Accurately generates tickets from the computerized system and retains tickets until payment transaction is complete. 
  • Completes daily ticket sales reports.
  • Keeps accurate daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold; balances sales and change bank and submits cash to Box Office supervisor or manager for audit. 
  • Performs related clerical work as assigned.
  • Work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays

  • Ensure guests feel welcomed by greeting guests to the arena in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Verifies credentials to ensure control of access into restricted areas.
  • Clean and disinfect high touch point surfaces with a cleaning cloth multiple times per shift, like x-ray equipment, ticket kiosks, handrails, and search tables.
  • Assist guests in ticket scanning kiosks when needed.
  • Responds immediately and professionally to guest disturbances/incidents.
  • Secures the perimeter of ticketed areas.

Position Summary 

Under general supervision of the Senior Director of Facility Operations & Capital Projects, Director of Technology, and Senior Technology Manager, direct, plan, schedule and monitor all IT and network programs for the facility.  Also supervise, direct, plan, schedule and monitor all special projects related to facility computing and phone systems.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise full-time, part-time, contractual technology staff.  Properly schedule staff to cover facility operating hours in efficient and effective manner including events.  Assign specific work tasks and monitor progress as to timeliness and quality of results.
  • Develop training programs that ensure that all staff members are proficient in operating and maintaining computer and phone systems.
  • Develop, implement, document and maintain effective facility maintenance policies, procedures and programs.  To include P.M. on all computer software and hardware, and all phone systems.

  • Oversee and manage along with the Senior Technology Manager / Director of Technology PCI Compliance, NBA Security Compliance, NBA Virtual and Technology Compliance, ASM Global Technology Compliance, and City of Oklahoma City Technology Compliance.
  • Work with Event Manager to facilitate computing and phone needs of the clients.  Work with Director of Technology / Senior Technology Manager to set pricing, billing procedures and cost controls of these services.
  • Attend department head meetings and weekly staff meetings.  Develop and maintain a harmonious working relationship with all the other departments

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the overseeing of all aspects of operations including OSHA and ADA compliance for the entire complex along with the EHS Manager.

  • Rotate with other facility personnel to function as Manager on Duty (MOD), who maintains total responsibility and authority over all clients, staff personnel, patrons, security and safety in assigned buildings.  Responsibilities include but not limited to making sure contractual agreements are met have been made in a timely fashion.  On-duty staff/subcontractors ultimately report to the MOD through any Managers or Supervisors who are present during the event.

  • Supervises installation of electrical equipment and wiring; inspection and adjustments of existing electrical equipment and replacement of receptacles, wiring switches, etc.

  • Obtains cost estimates for supplies; obtains supplies and repair parts from distributors; maintains inventory of supplies; orders new equipment.

  • Responds to emergency requests, on a 24-hour basis, as required.

  • Instructs skilled trades and maintenance workers for mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.

  • Assess the current condition of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities and equipment.

  • Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment and other systems in the building.

  • Create a schedule of regular evaluation of the Facility.

  • Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly.

  • Create monitoring systems or programs in the institution to detect problems are as early as possible.

  • Develop back up or alternative systems for common problems such as power shortage.

Directly supervises one or more skilled trades worker(s) and Supervisors in the Operations Department.   • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring that staff effectively performs the following functions: ascertaining departmental needs, preparing bid/proposal documents, advertising and soliciting bids/proposals, and evaluating bid/proposal packages for statutory and business requirements.

  • Prepares and Reviews tabulations of bids and the evaluation of the proposals and performs cost benefit analysis.  Ensures that such information is complete and accurate and presented to the Upper Management Team for approval.
  • Responsible for ensuring that appropriate approvals are obtained on all purchases.
  • Responsible for timely issuance, maintenance, accuracy, and design of various procurement reports.
  • Documents resolution of outstanding purchase orders by working with Accounts Payable Department and the various operational departments.
  • Performs financial analysis related to Purchasing issues, and other work-related job duties, including special projects, as assigned.
  • Rotate with other facility personnel to function as Manager on Duty (MOD), who maintains total responsibility and authority over all clients, staff personnel, patrons, security, and safety in assigned buildings.  Responsibilities include but not limited to making sure contractual agreements are met and clients’ event requirements and changes have been made in a timely fashion. On-duty staff/subcontractors ultimately report to the MOD through any Managers or Supervisors who are present during the event.

This position coordinates and ensures all Temporary Labor Agencies are in compliance with their contracts for all operations within the Paycom Center.  This position also is the main line of communication with the agencies and staffing needs of each department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Stand guard during events. Tour post periodically to ensure safety of patrons, staff, vendors, participants and others on premises.
  • Handle any disturbances or problems that arise during event or at the facility. If necessary, escort disruptive individual(s) to security office and/or off the premises.
  • Write incident reports and meet with security supervisor to review procedures.
  • Inspect alarms and fire extinguishers/sprinkler systems to ascertain they are set to operate. Inspect premises for signs of intrusion or tampering.
  • Tour facility, examining doors, windows and gates to ensure they are secure.

The Police Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons, staff, vendors and property. They are responsible for documenting any incidents when they take police action while working for ASM Global and on any ejections, disturbances, or problems that may arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enforce violations of city ordinances, state statutes and federal laws while working in an off-duty capacity on the premises.
