SAVOR... is proud to be the exclusive Food & Beverage provider at Paycom Center. Responsible for maintaining all small wares, utensils, kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, and small wares storage areas in a clean and organized manor.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Wash, sanitize, and properly store all china, flatware, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with SAVOR...standards and Health Department regulations.
  • Ensure that dirty small wares are collected from all scullery collection points and returned to the dish area. Ensure that clean small wares are organized and returned to the appropriate storage area.
  • Maintain the kitchen and small wares storage areas in an organized fashion.
  • Clean and organize all food prep areas throughout the facilities on a daily basis.
  • Provide in-stand backup to concessions outlet as needed due to event volume.
  • Provide busing and cleanup support for Food & Beverage services as needed.
  • Meet SAVOR... uniform and appearance standards at all times.

SUMMARY: This position is the person is in charge of the day to day operation of a high-volume restaurant. Oversight of the culinary and stewarding staff, while maintaining the training and implementing consistency in food production throughout the kitchen and stewarding personnel. SUMMARY

This position coordinates and ensures all Non-Profit groups are in compliance with their contracts for all operations within the Paycom Center. This position also is the main line of communication with the health department.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Conduct physical walkthrough of buildings to inspect licenses
  • Ensure current and accurate licenses are posted within the facilities at appropriate locations
  • Ensure all special event licenses (Ex: Thunder Alley) are purchased and dispersed as necessary.
  • Coordinate with City and County health inspectors about health and safety requirements to ensure ASM remains within compliance.
  • Complete routine health and safety checks in stands and inform management of any violations, recommendations, etc.
  • Check in and monitor non-profit members entering the building for events; specifically verifying identification, uniform standards, and F&B alcohol policy management, etc.
  • Schedule Non-Profit Organization groups for all future events. Organize and follow up on the NPO schedule.
  • Complete NPO infraction sheet weekly, and email infractions to group leaders.
  • Each day after an event go and check stands for cleanliness and send any issues to Office manager.
  • Conduct bi-annual training programs for NPO groups on Alcohol Awareness Training, Food Safety and Food Handling, and Customer Service Training.
  • Coordinate Food Safety training with local City / County health departments as needed
  • Provide prompt feedback to key staff members on operational improvement needs and direct appropriate corrective actions including ensuring health & safety standards are being met
  • All other duties as assigned.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Food and Beverage, Asst. Concessions Director, and Purchasing Manager. The Concessions/warehouse runner's main job focus is to Stock/rotate inventory at all locations as needed before, during and/ or after events, building and installing portable stand locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Build and install portable stand locations
  • Tear down and cleanup of concession stands after events
  • Transporting needed product from warehouse to stands. Rotates inventory practicing First In First Out (FIFO)
  • Maintains inventory and stock of all supplies at all locations before and during events.
  • Maintains rules and regulations of Health and Sanitation Laws, as well as safe transfer/storage procedures
  • Maintains and organized and clean storeroom. Cleans and organizes equipment and stands as needed
  • Occasional use of pallet jacks and/or forklift as needed

Under the general supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage, Asst. Concessions Director, Concessions Manager, and Asst. Concessions Managers, the Concessions Supervisors main job focus is overseeing event operations of 8 to 10 Concessions areas at Paycom Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervises all concessions employees and non-profit employees for events
  • Ensure concession stands and bars are properly stocked and set up for all events.
  • Maintains all Concession equipment and cleaning maintenance logs and other event related paperwork.
  • Supervises operations within concessions location to assure the highest level of guest care, with the lowest level of waste
  • Complies with Health Department rules and regulations.
  • Requisition food and supplies, as needed during events.
  • Inventory Control, to include counting and requisitioning food and supplies, as needed during the event.
  • Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service.
  • Position is very hands on with excessive interaction with staff and customers during events.
  • Assures all ASM policies are accurately executed during events.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervises all hourly F&B Concessions Staff and Non --Profit Groups, during events only
  • Monitors all Concessions Staff and upholds all concession standards.

    • Accurately check all staff/guests bags as they enter the arena, using x-ray viewing equipment, to determine whether items contain objects that warrant further investigation, and set bags aside for searching or re-screening as indicated by equipment.

    • Ensure guests feel welcomed by greeting guests to the arena in a friendly, professional manner.

POSITION SUMMARY

Under general supervision, patrols assigned territory to protect patrons and property.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stand guard during events. Tour post periodically to ensure safety of patrons, staff, vendors, participants and others on
    • Handle any disturbances or problems that arise during event or at the facility. If necessary, escort disruptive individual(s) to security office and/or off the
    • Write incident reports and meet with security supervisor to review
  • Inspect alarms and fire extinguishers/sprinkler systems to ascertain they are set to Inspect premises for signs of intrusion or tampering.
    • Tour facility, examining doors, windows and gates to ensure they are
    • Assist with crowd control inside and outside of
    • Control unusual circumstances and events during fire, storms, riots and other
  • Respond immediately to emergency situations -- answer alarms and investigate
    • Assist departments, such as Box Office, when handling large sums of
      • Act in a professional manner with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of
    • When necessary, document all shipping and
    • Keep record of all keys, radios and other facility equipment that are signed
  • Has a neat, professional appearance and comes to work in complete and clean assigned
    • Comes to work; is on time and completes shift assignments (including overtime, if needed)
    • Be courteous, respectful and responsive to the general public, customers and
    • Project positive and confident professional
    • Customer Service to the highest level
    • Maintain the highest standards of business ethics

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has limited supervisory responsibilities. Carries out any temporarily assigned supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM Global's policies and applicable laws.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Prefer previous experience in a security role
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • CLEET certification within six months of hire
  • Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • May spend long hours in sitting, walking or
  • Occasionally lift/push/pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Rarely lift/push/pull objects weighting up to 50 with or without assistance
  • Ability to operate security equipment.

  • Proficient computer skills including the ability to operate computers and security monitors
  • Operate a personal computer using Windows and Microsoft Office

 

HOURS OF WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel negligible

SUMMARY: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Police Officer. The Police Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons, staff, vendors and property. They are responsible for documenting any incidents when they take police action while working for ASM Global and on any ejections, disturbances, or problems that may arise.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Enforce violations of city ordinances, state statutes and federal laws while working in an off-duty capacity on the premises.
  • Perform security during events to ensure safety of patrons, staff, vendors, participants and others on premises
  • Respond appropriately to any requests from building staff on disturbances
  • Tour post regularly to assure safety of patrons, staff, vendors, participants, others and property left on premises
  • Assist and handle any disturbances or problems that arise during events at either facility. If necessary, escort disruptive individual(s) to designated area and/or off the premises.
  • If an ejection is made the necessary report are completed to document the incident.
  • Assist with crowd control inside and outside the premises
  • Assist with pedestrian and traffic control of patrons entering and exiting the premises
  • Control unusual circumstances and events during fire, storms, civil disturbances and other emergencies
  • Complete required reports and notifications in accordance with ASM Global's and OCPD's policies and procedures

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position has minimal supervisory responsibilities. In the event supervisory responsibilities are temporarily assigned, they must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM Global's and OCPD's policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job, an individual must be a full time employee of the Oklahoma City Police Department and eligible to work off-duty in accordance with the Polices, Procedures and Rules of the OCPD.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE

  • Currently employed as a full-time employee of the Oklahoma City Police Department
  • Previous training on directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to operate and effectively communicate on a radio
  • Ability to handle conflicts, make common sense decisions and exercise proper action during high tension and stressful situations
  • Effective negotiation and mediation skills

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage, Asst. Concessions Director, Concessions Manager, and Asst. Concessions Managers, this position will perform various task such as prepare and serve drinks to customers in bars and restaurants at Paycom Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Check identification of customers in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
  • Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, in order to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
  • Order or requisition liquors and supplies, as needed during events.
  • Accountable for all physical inventory.
  • Ability to operate ByPass POS terminal
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned area and bar equipment.
  • Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

HOURS OF WORK AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

  • This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
  • This is a part time position subject to seasonal hour changes, and has no guaranteed number of hours.
