Under general supervision, patrols assigned territory to protect patrons and property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stand guard during events. Tour post periodically to ensure safety of patrons, staff, vendors, participants and others on premises.

  • Handle any disturbances or problems that arise during event or at the facility. If necessary, escort disruptive individual(s) to security office and/or off the premises.

  • Write incident reports and meet with security supervisor to review procedures.

  • Inspect alarms and fire extinguishers/sprinkler systems to ascertain they are set to operate.

  • Inspect premises for signs of intrusion or tampering.

  • Tour facility, examining doors, windows and gates to ensure they are secure.

  • Assist with crowd control inside and outside of premises.

  • Control unusual circumstances and events during fire, storms, riots and other emergencies.

  • Respond immediately to emergency situations -- answer alarms and investigate disturbances.

  • Assist departments, such as Box Office, when handling large sums of money.

  • Act in a professional manner with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment.

  • When necessary, document all shipping and receiving.

  • Keep record of all keys, radios and other facility equipment that are signed out.

SUMMARY – ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part-time Liquor Room Supervisor for ASM/OKC. Under the general supervision of the Concessions Manager, Asst. Concessions Managers. The Liquor Room Supervisors main job focus is to oversee event operations of the liquor warehouse.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Supervises Liquor Room Attendants on event and nonevent days
  • Ensure that beer stands, and bars are properly stocked for all events
  • Maintains all Liquor Warehouse equipment and cleaning maintenance logs. As per the standard operating procedures for each location
  • Complies with Health Department rules and regulations
  • Must comply with ABLE Commission, Sersafe Alcohol, ASM Alcohol training and all laws, rules, and regulations
  • Dispatch food and supplies, as needed during events
  • Inventory Control, to include counting and requisitioning and liquor, beer, and supplies, as needed during the event
  • Completes the nightly variance report after every event
  • Completes nightly and monthly inventory processes as directed
  • Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service is a must
  • Ability to operate ByPass POS terminal
  • Ability to operate excel, outlook, email, OneDrive and Microsoft office.
  • Knowledge on how to tap and untap a keg and how to change out the IDS bibs

The Police Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons, staff, vendors and property. They are responsible for documenting any incidents when they take police action while working for ASM Global and on any ejections, disturbances, or problems that may arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enforce violations of city ordinances, state statutes and federal laws while working in an off-duty capacity on the premises.
  • Perform security during events to ensure safety of patrons, staff, vendors, participants and others on premises
  • Respond appropriately to any requests from building staff on disturbances
  • Tour post regularly to assure safety of patrons, staff, vendors, participants, others and property left on premises
  • Assist and handle any disturbances or problems that arise during events at either facility. If necessary, escort disruptive individual(s) to designated area and/or off the premises.
  • If an ejection is made the necessary report are completed to document the incident.
  • Assist with crowd control inside and outside the premises
  • Assist with pedestrian and traffic control of patrons entering and exiting the premises
  • Control unusual circumstances and events during fire, storms, civil disturbances and other emergencies
  • Complete required reports and notifications in accordance with ASM Global's and OCPD's policies and procedures

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position has minimal supervisory responsibilities. In the event supervisory responsibilities are temporarily assigned, they must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM Global's and OCPD's policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job, an individual must be a full time employee of the Oklahoma City Police Department and eligible to work off-duty in accordance with the Polices, Procedures and Rules of the OCPD.

Restaurant Kitchen Manger

Summary

This position requires advanced knowledge in all cooking techniques with experience in a full-service restaurant and some catering. Basic experience in garde manager is also required. Will be expected to work alongside and direct culinary staff of two or more in a full-service restaurant, with some catering and concession cooking.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following.  Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Responsible for the production of ala carte menu items in a fast-paced environment, maintaining adequate par levels and making sure kitchen staff has the food product and supplies need for each event.
  • Ordering, receiving, and preparing food items maintaining food costs and budget goals
  • Works directly with the Sous Chef to have all components of the meal ready at the appropriate times.
  • Must be creative and consistent in food presentations.
  • Responsible for supervising cooks in all aspects of kitchen production and kitchen sanitation.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen during their entire shift.
  • Responsible for communication between the A.M. and P.M. shifts especially when dealing with items that require long cooking times and planning for upcoming events. This will be done with the support of the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef.
  • Responsible for making sure that all recipe questions be directed to the Sous Chef, and or the Executive Chef.
  • Follow and make sure all staff members on their shift follow all Oklahoma State Department of Health laws and that all H.A.C.C.P. regulations for cooling and storage are being followed throughout the entire kitchen.
  • Records production and waste on a regular and consistent basis
  • Must have knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards and inventory and control systems.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests, managers and coworkers.
  • Make sure daily, weekly and monthly cleaning lists are completed
  • Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance
