Position Summary

Under direct supervision of the Senior Director of Facility Operations & Capital Projects, provide a variety of administrative and operational support to the Operations Department of the facility and designated personnel.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Draft letters, reports and other correspondence in a timely, accurate manner. Compose routine correspondence not requiring a supervisor's attention.
  • Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors in a professional manner. Provide routine information regarding operations, policies and procedures.
  • Research and prepare information for comprehensive reports. Assist in the drafting, proofreading and processing of these reports and related documents.
  • Process all purchase orders and budget updates relating to capital improvement projects. Report updated budget to General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Director of Finance. Requires extensive use of Microsoft Excel and great attention to detail.
  • Process, route and file incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely replies and/or action. Review all correspondence to remain informed of all activities and pertinent information.
  • Maintain a variety of files and records of information.
  • Plan conferences and meeting, make travel reservations and keep calendar of appointments for the Senior Director of Facility Operations & Capital Projects.

SUMMARY: Under direct supervision of the Lead Electrician, engages in the construction, maintenance and repair of electric power lighting, communication systems, and equipment by performing the following duties. The focus of this position is on Prairie Surf Studio. If capacity allows, will also provide support to Paycom Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Performs work required for the repair, maintenance, installation, and modernization of electrical systems for buildings, equipment, and grounds, including lighting and ballasts.
  • Performs work of a skilled variety demanding a high degree of manual and technical competency.
  • Locates and determines electrical malfunctions using test equipment.
  • Repairs malfunctions by such methods as replacing burned out elements, fuses, and replacing defective wiring, cleaning and repairing motors and associated equipment.
  • Tests electrical equipment, such as, motors, heaters, and controls for safety and efficiency, using standard test equipment and by observing functions.
  • Installs fixtures, wiring conduits, motors, and other electrical equipment.
  • Inspects circuits for specified shielding and grounding.
  • Replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, and motors.
  • Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables.
  • Distributes and picks up power drops as needed.

SUMMARY -- Under the supervision of the Chief Engineer, the HVAC Mechanic will operate, maintain, inspect, clean, and make adjustments to all aspects of facility electronic and mechanical systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Assist in coordinating the work of repair, maintenance, and preventative measures of all facility systems;
  • Inspect systems throughout facility to detect malfunction or breakdowns;
  • Investigate malfunctions or breakdown of systems to diagnose causes and locate the source of the problem;
  • Anticipate potential malfunctions or breakdowns and takes appropriate action to prevent or minimize the use of services;
  • Operate and maintain refrigeration and heating of facility;
  • Maintain and inspect equipment, including pumps, boilers, and automatic doors;
  • Record inspections and repairs;
  • Complete work assigned orders;
  • Performing chemical tests, safety reports, inspections sheets and other related reports and forms on a daily basis;
  • Inspect service, maintain and repair ice-making/freezing systems and appurtenances;
  • Inspect and maintain the fire suppression system;
  • Assist in the set-up for events;
  • The HVAC Mechanic has frequent contact with contract personnel and the public to answer questions about work being performed or to refer individuals to appropriate departmental personnel;
  • Adhere to established departmental policies, procedures, codes and regulations;
  • Adhere to OSHA and other applicable safety codes;
  • Know safety precautions applicable to building equipment and repair;
  • Coordinate the operations activities with other building departments and show-related contractors;
  • Anticipate problems and appropriate solutions. Investigates, analyzes and resolves operational problems and complaints;
  • Follow the preventive maintenance program, energy management program and standard operations procedures for all machinery and equipment; 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer and Skilled Trades Senior Operations Manager.

This position has limited supervisory responsibilities for assisting other operations staff. Carries out any temporarily assigned supervisory responsibilities in accordance with SMG's policies and applicable laws.

  • Exposure to large amounts of dust when performing tasks such as changing filters, operating grinding machine, cleaning air handling unit parts, etc.;

  • Ability to distinguish color to perform tasks such as accurately matching color-coded wires etc., and determining different colors and hues when performing chemical tests;

SUMMARY: This position assists the Restaurant Manager during service operations at the restaurants within the Paycom Center. This position is to help maximize organization, service and overall F&B standards in the above named outlets.

SUMMARY -- ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part-time Dinning Server for ASM/OKC. Under the general supervision of the Premium Services Manager, the Dinning server is to serve Guests in a courteous, helpful, professional and pleasant manner. The employee is responsible for duties such as greeting guests, servicing the guest's needs, opening and closing side work and other service related duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To report for duty punctually, in full uniform according to appearance and grooming standards.
  • To promote and maintain a positive working relationship at all times with all colleagues of ASM / SAVOR...
  • To follow all departmental policies, procedures and set service standards as outlined in the ASM Handbook.
  • To consistently offer professional, friendly and warm hospitality to all guests.
  • To foster and practice teamwork and cooperation with all other positions existing in the restaurant.
  • To attend all required training sessions and be aware of any changes to menus, restaurant and departmental policies and procedures, service standards as well as business trends and requirements.
  • To have full and complete knowledge of the food menu, dessert menu, coffee and tea menu as well as all other beverage menus and the wine list. To know about menu items, ingredients, preparation methods and garnishes for all dishes.
  • To be able to guide the guest through the menu and make any suggestions or recommendations in the guests 'interest. To be able to answer any guest question about food items, beverages and wines in an informative and Helpful way.
  • To be aware of all cashiering procedures and the handling of all payment methods.
  • To understand and follow all Micros procedures and policies as stated in the SAVOR...guidelines.
  • To communicate all service requirements to the respective team members in an efficient and effective way.
  • To ensure that all work areas and stations are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • To perform all opening, side and closing duties as well as all daily and weekly duties to the set standards as
  • Outlined in a Job Task Checklist.
  • To attend pre‐shift, weekly and monthly meetings to be well‐ informed about all events, promotions and other news concerning the restaurant

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has limited supervisory responsibilities for employees in the Food & Beverage department. Employees must carry out any temporarily assigned supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM's policies and applicable laws.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ yrs. serving experience in a restaurant is REQUIRED
  • Basic knowledge of fine dining and good knowledge of wines/beverages

  • The Server must understand how to operate all the equipment used in the restaurant and to protect all assets in the restaurant and in the arena.
  • To assist all guests (internal and external) with any enquiries or requests in a pleasant, helpful manner to actively participate in and follow all health and safety policies and procedures set out for by ASM / SAVOR and the Restaurant. 
  • Carrying out any miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as requested by your Manager pertaining to total quality service delivered in the restaurant.
  • Positive, customer service oriented attitude at all times.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitary practices.
  • Knowledge of full service restaurant operations & terminology.
  • Knowledge of POS operating systems.
