Security Policy

Bags larger than 6”x9”x2” are not permitted (this includes clear bags). 

Security searches include walk-through metal detectors at all entrances. All bags are subject to search.

Knives or weapons of any kind are not permitted. Large belt buckles will need to be removed before going through metal detectors.

Professional cameras, audio/video equipment, GoPros, selfie sticks, and/or tablets are not permitted.

Cashless Venue

Paycom Center is a cashless venue. All purchases, including concessions and merch, will require a debit or credit card. Cash can be transferred to a prepaid card using the Reverse ATM located at Section 105.

Most locations also accept mobile payment options (ex. Apple Pay or Google Pay).

Parking & Transportation

Download the Ticketmaster app to obtain your mobile tickets. Pictures or screenshots of your ticket will not work at the door. If you are arriving at separate times, be sure to transfer the tickets through your app BEFORE you enter.

Portable Phone Chargers

Throughout the property, you can find chargeFUZE portable phone charging kiosks that allow guests to rent a portable mobile power bank that can be used anywhere and returned to any location on site. ChargeFUZE power-banks are built in to include charging cables for iOS, Android, and other devices.

To use a chargeFUZE power-bank, scan a QR code on the digital screen to initiate the rental, charge any device with the portable charger, then return the charger to any chargeFUZE kiosk in the venue. Rental fees are $2 per 30 minutes, with a maximum rental fee of $40 if the charger isn’t returned to the network.

ChargeFUZE kiosks are located at Sections 111, 118, 229, and 313.
